Members of the Aladdin Knights were on-site at Lehman’s in Kidron, Ohio last week to do a reset of the Aladdin museum. Lehman’s is the home of the official Aladdin Museum of Light. Once a year, these knowledgeable collectors change out the displays of rare and unique lamps and accessories to encourage visitors to come back time and time again.
Visitors can view a series of cases featuring dozens of beautiful collectibles. But, it’s not just a feast for the eyes, it is a learning experience as well! Each case features a wealth of information about the history of Aladdin. Don’t forget to turn around and look at the opposite wall! Featured there are dozens of old posters and advertisements, as well as more historical pieces of information.
This year’s display features some of Aladdin’s competitors. None of them quite matched up to the magnificence and popularity of the Aladdin, but it’s fun to see what others did to try to compete.
The next time you’re in Kidron, make sure to stop by the museum – found just beyond the Lighting department!
Here is just a sampling of some of the redesigned cases!
